It is a synthesis of the coaching and learning tools that I have honed over 20 years of working with clients. It provides a personalized program for you to take your leadership to a deeper level so that you can truly &#8220;lead from a different place.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Personalized Leadership Coaching Sessions<\/h2>\n<p>Seven one-on-one coaching sessions with an experienced Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with certifications in leadership coaching, including ontological and somatic approaches. You can decide if you want to do some or all of these sessions in-person in my Philadelphia office, by Zoom video conferencing or phone from your own location. Most sessions are 60 minutes, however the debrief coaching session with The Leadership Circle\u00a9\u00a0 is 90 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2>Leadership Assessments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lawrencepeers.com\/leadingfromadifferentplace\/leadership-coaching\/leadership-resource-pic\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-79\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-79\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lawrencepeers.com\/leadingfromadifferentplace\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/leadership-resource-pic-e1530391958555.jpg?resize=124%2C165\" alt=\"\" width=\"124\" height=\"165\" \/><\/a>An in-depth 360-degree assessment, The Leadership Circle\u00a9 includes an additional 90 minute coaching session incorporating input from those whose feedback you&#8217;ve invited<\/li>\n<li>Rich information from assessments including the Conflict Dynamics Profile\u00a9,\u00a0 and The Leadership Practices Inventory\u00a9 that will guide your personal leadership development action learning plan and coaching process.<\/li>\n<li>For those looking into career change or adjustment, a Career Anchors\u00a9 inventory and session is available (at an extra cost) or it can replace The Leadership Practices Inventory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Webinars and Small Group Learning Sessions<\/h2>\n<p>A series of webinars will occur in <strong>2018<\/strong>:\u00a0 October, November and in <strong>2019<\/strong>: January, February , March, April, on the 2nd Thursdays at 2 p.m. Eastern Time. These are included in the price of the &#8220;LFADP&#8221; program.\u00a0 Recordings of the webinar and handouts will be available to all participants (even if you can not attend the webinar broadcast.) There will be a few invited guest presenters and the topics will include at least the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em> Becoming a &#8220;Conflict -competent Leader\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>What&#8217;s Adaptive About My Leadership?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Embodying Leadership: What&#8217;s Somatics Got to Do with It?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The Use and Misuse of Power in Leadership<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The Spirit and the Ecology of Leadership: The Leadership Circle\u00ae<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Working with your own Immunity to Change\u00ae<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Knowing and Using Your Leadership Narrative<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each webinar will inform your personal leadership development plan and provide an opportunity to engage with other participants in the &#8220;Leading from a Different Place&#8221;\u00a0 leadership coaching and learning program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spiritual and Somatic Practices to Ground Your Leadership Goals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drawing on the perspectives of somatic coaching, psychotherapy and spiritual psychology, Larry will help you design practices to embody and ground your leadership goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A password-protected website with video and print resources to enhance and reinforce your own learning is available.
